A scuffle broke out between the organizers and the youth over dinner after a seminar organized on Sunday evening in the tent city set up on the sand across the Ganga in Varanasi. After getting the information, the police deployed for the security of the tent city reached the spot and pacified the youths who were creating ruckus by convincing them.
A seminar was organized in the tent city on Sunday. When the time for dinner approached, the crowd of youths increased. The organizers said that they would give entry to 60 to 70 people, but the youth who reached many times more than that were adamant on having dinner by showing their coupons. Those who did not get entry started creating ruckus.
After getting the information, Inspector Ashwani Rai, deployed for the security arrangements of Tent City, reached the spot along with the force. Inspector Ashwani Rai told that there was an altercation between the organizers and the youth. Everyone was pacified by persuasion.
