Worship material is manufactured here in about 12 factories. More than three thousand people get employment from the Pooja material business. This business has taken hold in many states including Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Uttarakhand. Worship materials made here are supplied on major festivals like Navratri, Hanuman Jayanti, Deepawali.
In view of Navratri, work is going on fast in the factories. According to the manufacturers, the worship material made in Hathras is preferred because of the quality.
