Akash of Morena died after being shot in a police encounter that took place six months ago at Iradatnagar police station in Agra. In this case, the mother of the deceased filed an application in the court. Court has ordered trial against unknown policemen. Police officers are taking legal opinion on this, so that after registering the case, all the points can be discussed.
Son came to know about the process of Agniveer recruitment
Mamta Devi, a resident of village Gadaura, Morena, had filed an application in the CJM court. It was said in this that son Akash had gone to Agra on 27 September 2022 to know about the process of Agniveer recruitment. It was later reported that he was shot dead in a police encounter. He died during treatment.

Police is making this claim
The police had claimed that illegal mining was being carried to Chambal Sand in tractor-trolleys. The police tried to stop. The drivers tried to topple the tractor. Tractor riders opened fire on the police. Akash was injured in retaliatory firing. DCP Western Zone Sonam Kumar says that legal opinion is being taken in the matter. We will take further action on the basis of whatever facts come to the fore. Case will be filed.
