A case has been registered against her father-in-law Sushant Ghosh, mother-in-law Rinki Ghosh, maternal uncle-in-law Gautam Ghosh, Saghan Ghosh and Mukul Ghosh at the Chowk police station on the basis of Tahrir of Priyanka Ghosh, a resident of Ghugharani Gali in Varanasi.
According to Priyanka Ghosh, she was married to Saurabh Ghosh on 14 February 2021. Saurabh died on 23 February 2023 due to illness. Priyanka said that whatever happened to her, she was staying at her in-laws house considering it as her destiny. Meanwhile, his maternal uncle and father-in-law Gautam Ghosh came from Kolkata.
He turned his mother-in-law and father-in-law against him. After this they started being tortured. 10 lakh rupees and jewelery from them were taken away. In this regard, Inspector Chowk Shivakant Mishra said that on the basis of Tahrir, investigation has been started by registering a case.
